Thursday
p.m. Afternoon arrival – hotel check-in
p.m. Dinner can be arranged at one of Grapevine’s group-friendly restaurants


Friday
a.m. Leisurely breakfast at host hotel
10:00 a.m. Artisan demonstration at Vetro Glass Blowing Gallery & Studio
10:30 a.m. GrapeFest leisure time
(Explore merchants, vendors, culinary demos, wine tasting, entertainment, etc.)
Lunch Lunch on their own at any of a number of historic district restaurants or coupons can be purchased for GrapeFest food vendors.
1:00 p.m. Wine tasting demonstration at one of Grapevine’s many winery-tasting rooms
3:00 p.m. Tour of Delaney Vineyards w/ optional wine tasting following
4:30 p.m. Return to host hotel for R & R
6:30 p.m. Dinner options:
Culinary experience at Gaylord’s Ama Lur
Gaylord Texan Murder Mystery Dinner Theater
Love & War in Texas – featuring Texas wines
Return to GrapeFest for additional entertainment


Saturday
Leisurely breakfast at host hotel
10:00 a.m. Duck Riders – Grapevine Excursions (tour Grapevine aboard a WWII amphibious vehicle)
12:00 p.m. Enjoy lunch at Grapevine Mills and/or Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World
1:30 p.m. Shopping at Grapevine Mills/Bass Pro Shop Outdoor World
3:00 p.m. Return to host hotel for R & R
5:00 p.m. Return to GrapeFest for dinner and festivities
Grapevine Opry performs every hour on the hour
Culinary demonstrations
Live stage entertainment
