- The above listed are recommended caterers for the Grapevine Convention Center because of the their direct or in-kind contributions to the Grapevine Heritage Foundation and a contract with the Grapevine Convention Center. The food and beverage arrangements for your special event are to be made directly by you, the client. You must then inform your event coordinator of the selected caterer. 12% of the gross receipts will be paid by the caterer to the Convention Center.

- Other caters may be used if a food service fee is paid. In some instances outside caterers may be required to submit a catering deposit in order to assure their cooperation in the clean up of the catering areas of the facility. Please contact the staff of the Grapevine Convention Center for more information on caterers.

- All alcohol brought to the Grapevine Convention Center, must be approved in advance by the Convention Center Management and comply with TABC rules and regulations. A Grapevine Police Officer and a TABC lincensed bartender will be required to serve alcohol.
