Create Your Own Pumpkin at Vetro - October 7 - 28

You'll be amazed at how creative you can be at Vetro Glassblowing Studio & Gallery. Between now and October 28 you can make your very own glass pumpkin with the help of one of their skilled artists. Bewitched by the Barn at Nash Farm - October 22

Be transported to another time and place for this family event with stories from the Tarrant Area Guild of Storytellers. The stories will get progressively spookier as the sun goes down. Popcorn and cider will be provided. Registration is not required and all ages are encouraged to attend.

Spooky Films at the Palace Theatre - October 21, 22 & 28

The Palace Theatre presents three thrilling movies that will have you jumping out of your seats. Join us for three full evenings of classic films including "The Night of the Hunter" on October 21, "Poltergeist" on October 22 and "Young Frankenstein" on October 28. Each film begins at 7:30 pm. Admission is $6 per person. 

6th Annual Doctor Who Day Event - October 23

Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey! Grapevine's British Emporium will be celebrating their 6th Annual Dr. Who Day event on Sunday, October 23 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This free fan event will feature photo opportunities, costume contests, video screenings and more.

DFW Pug-O-Ween - October 23

You and your favorite pug are going to love this year's Pug-O-Ween at the Grapevine Convention Center from 11 am - 4 pm. There will be a costume parade, pug races, a pug adoption parade and a silent auction. DFW Pug Rescue Club is the largest Pug rescue organization in the United States and has rescued and placed over 6,500 huggable, squeezable, absolutely adorable Pugs to date.


Howl-O-Ween Yappy Hour - October 26

Bring your mutts, pups and pooches to mingle with friends and family for a howling good time at Sloan & Williams Winery! The event will consist of good wine, live music, fun prizes and raffles, and a dog costume contest! A portion of proceeds will benefit Canine Companions for Independence. Canine Companions is a non-profit that enhances the lives of adults, children and veterans with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs and ongoing support free of charge.


Witches Brew Train - October 28 

All aboard the Witches Brew Train at the Grapevine Vintage Railroad. This craft brew inspired excursion will feature two glasses of Texas craft brews, including the Texas Helles from Community Beer Co., Saint Arnold's Oktoberfest and a very special pour of Sir Williams English Brown Ale from our neighborhood pals at Grapevine Craft Brewery. Don't forget to bring your appetite! Wise Guys Pizzeria will serve up delicious pizza and more while you enjoy ice cold craft brews in your very own complimentary mug. Horror at Homecoming Murder Mystery Dinner - October 29

Spend the evening at Messina Hof Winery for a special Murder Mystery Dinner from 6 - 9 pm. Join us for a night of dancing and debauchery at a homecoming dance filled with deception! Do you have what it takes to make it out alive? Just make sure you're clever enough to avoid suspicion. Cost is $69.95 per person. Register today!


Hallowine Trail - October 29 & 30

Join us for our 8th annual Hallo-Wine Trail, featuring multiple winery tasting rooms in and around Historic Downtown Grapevine, making for a leisurely stroll between venues. Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume as we will have prizes for the best costumes.

Price is $50 per person for a commemorative wine glass and three wine tastes plus a food pairing at each winery. You can pick your day - Saturday or Sunday, and which winery you want to check-in at to get your glass and ticket. After you pick up your glass and ticket you can go at your own pace and in your own order.

Hall's Pumpkin Farm and Corn Maze - Now - October 31

Located in historic Grapevine - Hall's Pumpkin Farm and Corn Maze has been a fall attraction for many years. The Hall Farm dates back as far as 1929 when Jess Hall purchased his first piece of property. As the story goes, Jess started his farm with just a double-shovel plow and one mule. In 1930, he built his home that today still stands on the road that bears his name -Hall-Johnson. Today the farm offers a family-friendly atmosphere that features plenty of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, gourds, hay bales and corn stalks galore! 

Bring your family out and get lost in the corn maze and celebrate with an ice cream, fresh popcorn or other snacks from the concession stand. Weekend admission (Friday - Sunday) is $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
