Grapevine's 32nd Annual Main Street Fest - A Craft Brew Experience, presented by Bank of the West, will feature a variety of craft brew tasting experiences, including special craft brew events and cask tappings.
A cask differs from a typical keg in that a cask is naturally carbonated and pulled out of the vessel with a hand pump while kegs are typically force carbonated with a bottle of carbon dioxide, and then pushed with carbon dioxide. Once tapped, casks allow the beer to come in contact with oxygen therefore, the beer must be consumed within 24 hours before it spoils. Times and other details are subject to change without notice.
