Nash Farm offers several opportunities for businesses, groups and individuals to rent space at the Farm. Rental options include commercial rentals, family and wedding photos, corporate rates, birthday parties, wedding receptions and more.


Commercial Use:
$500.00 security deposit
$500.00 for an 8-hour photo shoot

Family and Wedding Photo use:
Donation to the Heritage Foundation

Corporate Rates:
$500.00 security deposit
$100.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum
Each additional hour is $125.00 per hour

Birthday Parties:
$500.00 security deposit
$100.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum
Each additional hour is $125.00 per hour

Wedding receptions:
$500.00 security deposit
$750.00 for six-hours which includes set up and tear-down.
Each additional hour is $125.00 per hour

» Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to customers or patrons.
» Management is not responsible for loss or damage due to an equipment failure that may result from an act of God.
» Management has the express right to remove individuals who direct abusive behavior toward staff, personnel or agents of Management.

» A $500.00 damage deposit is due with signed contract.
» Half of your rental fee is due with signed contract.
» Final payment is due 60 days prior to the event.

» Any event date change must be arranged 60 days prior to the event. Changes made after the deadline will result in a 50% loss of deposit.

» Management does not guarantee any parking with the rental of the area.
» There are 32 spaces on the North side of Homestead and 30 spaces along the driveway of the grounds that could be available, but not guaranteed.
» There is no event parking on the South side of Homestead, or on Briana Court or Cabernet Court.
» Events with an estimated attendance over 60 vehicles must receive special approval. These renters will be required to arrange shuttle service through an insured provider and utilize the City of Grapevine parking lot on Dallas Road.

» Smoking is not allowed anywhere on leased premises.

» All caterers must be selected from the Grapevine Heritage Foundation's approved caterer's list. Renter will pay a 12% catering fee to the Grapevine Heritage Foundation.

» The Grapevine Heritage Foundation management must approve live music.
» No amplified music will be allowed.

» No animals will be allowed in the building or on the grounds. Exceptions will be made for those providing assistance to visually or hearing impaired persons.
» Nails, tacks or non-approved tapes are not to be used in or on the Pole Barn.
» All decorations must be approved by the Grapevine Heritage Foundation.

» Alcohol served or consumed on the premises must be in compliance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations.
» Grapevine Heritage Foundation will not allow renters to bring alcohol to the Nash Farm (BYOB).
» Renters will hire TABC certified bartenders to serve alcohol.
» Renter will hire an off-duty police officer to monitor an event in which alcohol is present.
» A caterer approved by the Grapevine Heritage Foundation must provide alcoholic beverages.
