On Friday, July 4th, Grapevine celebrates in true patriotic style with the 32nd Annual July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza over Lake Grapevine. This 25-minute fireworks spectacular begins at 9:30 p.m. with great viewing spots located around Lake Grapevine including Gaylord Texan Resort's parking garage, the Glass Cactus nightclub and lakeside city parks including Oak Grove Park and Meadowmere Park. Before the fireworks, hop aboard the Grapevine Vintage Railroad's Independence Day trains. Enjoy the July 4th Fun Train departing at 10 a.m. This one hour continuous ride is perfect for younger guests. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, celebrate the holiday on the 1 p.m. route to the Fort Worth Stockyards featuring the Great Train Robberies' group of outlaws and deputies.
