GRAPEVINE,  TEXAS  (April  8,  2020)   –  “It  wouldn’t  officially  be   summer  without   this longstanding event,” is the overwhelming sentiment expressed by Grapevine’s volunteer leadership and longtime volunteers, so it is with great pleasure that Gail and Stacy Holt, Co- Chairs of the 36th Annual Main Street Fest – A Craft Brew Experience, officially announce to thousands of people who are currently sheltering-in-place at home, that the festival will go on; just on a different date.

The 36th Annual Main Street Fest – A Craft Brew Experience, presented by Bank of the West, originally scheduled to take place on May 15, 16, and 17, has been rescheduled for June 26, 27 and 28, 2020 in Historic Downtown Grapevine, when we’re again able to gather with friends and family.

“This year’s feel-good theme, ‘Welcome to the Flavorhood,’ will shine a spotlight, not only on the myriad of flavors associated with craft brews,  but  also  on  Grapevine’s  foodie  community,” said Stacy  Holt.  “We’re  especially  excited  to  give  festival-goers  the opportunity to be among the first to taste the flavors of the seven, soon-to-be-open, kitchens of Harvest Hall which will be featured in  a  special  pavilion  on  the  festival  grounds,”  added  Gail  Holt.  Harvest  Hall  is Grapevine’s  new,  chef-driven  food  hall  concept  set  to  open  late summer inside the highly-anticipated Grapevine Main station  located  on  the  corner  of Main Street and Dallas Road.

While there are several new elements for 2020 in the works, such as “Tap Talks” with brew masters, organized by the Craft Brew Guild of Grapevine, Main Street Fest will continue to feature the flavors of steadfast bistros, cafes, and winery tasting rooms lining Main Street, as well as visiting gourmet food vendors. Guests will also be able to enjoy multiple live entertainment stages and roving performers; the KidZone, Carnival and Midway for the kiddos and the young at heart; art shows and exhibits; and incredible shopping at brick and mortar Main Street stores, plus marketplace and artisan vendors from the DFW Metroplex and beyond.

As more Main Street Fest details become available, they will be posted on the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau’s website, GrapevineTexasUSA.com/MainStreetFest, and via the Visit Grapevine accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
