This Queen-Anne style farmhouse was built for George Louis Blevins in 1903. It was situated on eighty acres that was part of the Grape Vine Prairie when purchased from Dr. Tom Dorris in 1897. The house was later moved to 2060 East Continental Boulevard in Southlake, Texas.

The Blevins House was donated by its owners to the City of Grapevine’s Township Revitalization Project, Inc. program so it could be saved.  In 2017 the Blevins House was moved to its new location at 428 East Wall Street, at the corner of Wall and Dooley Street in the Grapevine Historic Township.
