Burgundy Brigade
Welcome and thank you for joining the Grapevine CVB's highly regarded and award-winning team of trained and professional registration assistants: The Burgundy Brigade. This team serves as temporary employees for visitors from all over the globe, providing knowledge about the hotels and destinations in Grapevine.
Easily identified by their uniform and cheerful attitude, our trained and professional registration personnel are available seven days a week to assist with a wide variety of tasks, including:
• Collating and assembling convention packets - bag stuffing
• Registering delegates (computerized or non) - data entry - 10-key
• Door/room monitors - badge checkers/scanners
• Greeting and directional assistance (human arrows)
New tasks can appear at any time, so it's important that our team stays prepared and ready to learn.
