Guests are presented with a Souvenir Ticket before beginning their journey onboard the beautifully decorated North Pole Express. After being seated by a train conductor, the magical journey to the North Pole gets underway. One of Santa’s jovial elves appears and engages passengers to help him in his frantic search for Santa. Minutes later, his best elf-mate joins him with “We Believe” Silver Bells. As she reassures him that they’ll find Santa, she begins handing a bell to each and every child.
As the train approaches Reindeer Ridge it begins to slow before finally coming to a stop. The elves get an idea and encourage the children to ring their bells loud enough for Santa to hear. A jolly laugh echoes through the train and out steps Santa Claus.
The train continues on to the North Pole as Santa and his elves visit with each family and give a Christmas performance about the kindness of the season. Upon arrival to the North Pole, guests make their way through the adventurous snowy North Pole Forest, stopping at different photo ops along the way, making memories with their loved ones.
Following the magical journey, North Pole Express guests will receive a Memory Mug with a Recipe Card for Santa’s Special Frosty Chocolate Snow Milk, Delicious Christmas Cookie and voucher for a COMPLIMENTARY photo with Santa.
