Burgundy Brigade
Welcome to the Burgundy Brigade! As part of this distinguished team of trained and professional registration assistants, you’ll be a key part of delivering outstanding service to visitors from all over the world. Our Burgundy Brigade serves as temporary employees, offering guests expert knowledge about Grapevine's hotels, venues and attractions. Additionally, the Burgundy Brigade plays a key role in Grapevine's Annual Festivals and the Christmas Capital of Texas®, providing an unforgettable experience for both visitors and team members alike.
Easily identified by their uniform and cheerful attitude, our Brigade members assist guests seven days a week with a wide variety of tasks, including: Collating and assembling convention packets, registering delegates, acting as door/room monitors, badge checkers/scanners, greeting guests and providing directional assistance.
Your friendly demeanor and professionalism will help ensure that every visitor feels welcome and well-informed.
Visitor Concierge
Our Visitor Concierge team is dedicated to elevating the visitor experience through personalized, first-class service. Serving as the first point of contact for many visitors, the Concierge team is stationed at key locations throughout Grapevine, offering expert guidance on everything from local attractions to event details.
Concierges are deeply knowledgeable about Grapevine’s history, culture, and current events, ensuring that each guest receives tailored recommendations based on their interests. Whether guests are looking for the best local dining spots, directions to a museum, or tips for planning a special event, our Concierges are there to make their visit effortless and enjoyable.
With a passion for exceptional customer service, the Concierge team plays a major role in creating a memorable, welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.
Grapevine Visitor Shuttle Drivers
The Grapevine Visitor Shuttle Drivers are at the heart of providing our complimentary, easy, convenient transportation for visitors exploring our charming destination. Operating the CVB's shuttle service, our drivers ensure safe, comfortable and efficient travel to and from key locations throughout Grapevine. Whether guests are attending a festival, shopping in the historic district or visiting local attractions, our drivers make sure they get to their destinations with ease.
Known for their excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of the area, our shuttle drivers assist passengers by sharing information about the destination’s landmarks, events and attractions. They provide a smooth, stress-free travel experience, allowing visitors to relax, enjoy the sights and skip the hassle of parking and navigation.

Festival & Event Workers
Our Festival & Event Workers are seasonal employees who play a crucial role in ensuring each festival and special event runs smoothly from start to finish.
