Explore the flavors of a classic charcuterie board in this hour-long workshop, led by YaYaYum Boards owner Ayesha Patel. You'll enjoy pairing bites from a perfectly crafted charcuterie board with a souvenir glass of wine—and then have a chance to make your own 6 by 6” grab-and-go charcuterie. Workshops will be limited to a 40-person capacity to ensure closer interaction between the instructor and participants.

Charcuterie Workshops include:

  • Choice of red or white wine in a souvenir festival wine glass
  • Assorted ingredients to create a charcuterie board (cheese, meats, nuts, etc.)
  • A live demonstration on creating the perfect charcuterie board, followed by time to craft your own
  • Tips on purchasing/pairing the best cheeses, meats and accouterments, including how much to buy and what tools to use
