GrapeFest® People's Choice Wine Tasting Classic Entry Forms must be submitted by Monday, August 1.

GrapeFest is an outdoor event in Historic Downtown Grapevine. The event is held rain or shine.

There are no entry fees. Wineries may enter up to four wines total – no more than one wine type per category.

A minimum of two wineries must be represented in each category for judging to occur.

75% of wine volume must be from Texas grapes and/or juice.

Wines will be poured using one half - ounce (1/2) pour spouts during the sessions.

No fortified or port wines will be accepted for the People’s Choice Wine Tasting Classic.

Wine will be allocated evenly for the sessions. This ensures each session has all available entries.

Winery participants are required to attend a meeting on Thursday, September 15 at 4 p.m. in the pavilion.

The Grapevine Wine Pouring Society can provide trained pourers.

Due to space, there is a max of three people (staff & pourers) in the booth per session. No exceptions.

Minimal tabletop decorations are allowed. No other furniture or signs can be placed at your booth.

One banner (6ft. x 4ft. or less per winery) will be permitted to hang from the front of your table.

No electricity is provided. TVs, radios and fans must be battery operated. There are no exceptions.

The festival will provide two 6-ft. covered tables (one to pour, one for service).

The festival will provide shared bar back for service.

The festival will provide one dump bucket, one water pitcher and paper towels.

The festival will provide one half - ounce (1/2) pour spouts.

The festival will provide signage.

The festival will provide crackers and cheese for patrons. No other food/candy items allowed.

Festival will purchase a minimum of (36) 750 ml bottles of each wine; prices cannot exceed $175/case.

By entering wines in the contest, wineries agree to the stated maximum per case price.

Wine orders will be placed the week of August 15.

Wine deliveries MUST be delivered between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13 or Wednesday, September 14. Invoices and W-9 forms must be included with wine delivery or emailed prior to delivery.

Ship wine no earlier than Tuesday, September 13 to Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau, Attention: People's Choice Wine Tasting Classic, 636 S. Main St., Grapevine, TX 76051.

No children are permitted in the People’s Choice Wine Tasting Classic area.

No drinking during the sessions

NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND (with the exception of service and/or guide animals) are allowed.

Grapevine Wine Pouring Society (GWPS) Volunteers

Each session of the People's Choice Wine Tasting Classic can serve approximately 800 guests. As a winery representative, this is your chance to talk about and showcase your wines to these guests. The Grapevine Wine Pouring Society can provide trained pourers for each session, which allows you the opportunity to talk to your guests. You may also bring your own winery volunteers or representatives to pour your wines. As a reminder, there is a maximum of three people behind your table at any time including pourers and representatives. Please submit your volunteer request below:
