17th Annual Butterfly Flutterby

Bring the entire family, even your pets, to celebrate the migration of the monarch butterfly from Canada to Mexico by way of Grapevine. The 17th Annual Butterfly Flutterby is a free, family-friendly event and will be held at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens for the first time.
The day begins with a Butterfly Costume Parade. Registration for the Costume Parade begins at 8:45 a.m. in the parking lot at East Wall Street and Jenkins Street. Pets are welcome to participate. The Costume Parade begins at 10 a.m. The parade will begin at the parking lot at East Wall and Jenkins Street. Participants will then proceed West on Wall, left on Church Street, and into the First Methodist Church parking lot towards the Botanical Gardens. There will be prizes awarded for best costume in different age groups.

Registration for the Costume Parade begins at 8:45 a.m. in the parking lot at East Wall and Jenkins Street.
Butterfly Releases will take place at 10:45 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in the Grapevine Botanical Gardens, located at 411 Ball Street.
Also on October 18, visitors are invited to the Fall Round-Up at Nash Farm from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and the Grapevine Garden Club's Plant Sale at the Grapevine Botanical Garden from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Don't miss the Sunset Concert Series at 7 p.m. at the Grapevine Botanical Garden.
