The Sweetheart Wine Train ticket includes:
- Two (2) 4-ounce glasses* of fine Texas wine;
- Souvenir wine glass;
- Individually portioned savory bites with dessert (Vegetarian/Gluten-free option available);
- Single red rose for all ladies

Premier Class ticket includes:
- A table for four (4) people, price includes (for each guest)
- Hot plated meal (Vegetarian/Gluten-free option available);
- Three (3) 4-ounce glasses* of fine Texas wine;
- Souvenir wine glass;
- Single red rose for all ladies;
- VIP parking (located at 705 S. Main St.)

Important Times:
Check-in at the Historic Cotton Belt Depot: 6:30 – 7:15 p.m.
Boarding begins: 7 p.m.
Final boarding call/doors close: 7:20 p.m.
Train departure: 7:25 p.m.
Approximate return: 9:30 p.m.

- 705 S. Main St. – Historic Cotton Belt Depot – FREE and VIP parking for Premier Class ticket holders
- 636 S. Main St. – Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau – FREE (ADA Accessible)
- 702 S. Main St. - B & D Mills - FREE (ADA Accessible)
- 255 E. Dallas Rd. – Grapevine Main Parking Garage – Free for first 90 minutes; $1 per every additional hour (ADA Accessible)
- Additional parking available throughout Historic Grapevine – FREE
Boarding will begin at the Historic Cotton Belt Depot at 7 p.m. The train will leave PROMPTLY at 7:25 p.m. – rain or shine. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to final boarding call (7:20 p.m.) and check-in at the depot.
Seats are selected by guests at the time of the reservation. Check-in begins at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are non-refundable.
The Sweetheart Wine Train does not travel to the Historic Stockyards. Passengers will not de-board the train during the excursion.
The container of individually portioned savory bites and dessert may or may not be considered a meal to some, therefore, we recommend attendees plan accordingly.
Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved ticketed time. Your reserved ticketed time is the train departure time. Train doors will be closed and locked 10 minutes prior to departure. Trains are unable to be held and passengers will not be allowed to board after doors are locked. Missed trains will not be refunded.
