The wine bar is open until 10 p.m., and its light bite menu gives recommendations for the perfect wine to marry with your meal. After your visit, head to the nearby Grape Vine Springs Winery to enjoy another glass.

And if you're feeling particularly adventuresome on a Friday night, sign up for the Night Watchman Ghost Tour, a 90-minute haunted trek through Historic Downtown Grapevine. When the guide takes you back to Grape Vine Springs Winery, a free glass of wine will be waiting for you to ease your nerves from ghostly encounters.


Start the day at Homestead Winery, located inside a Victorian cottage. Doors open at 11 a.m., and you can enjoy the local musicians as they play music while you sip a Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or another favorite from the extensive offerings.

After Homestead Winery, make your way to see the largest vineyard in North Texas at Delaney Vineyards and Winery. Open until 5 p.m. on Saturdays, the winery offers free tours of its Texan vineyard and samples of some of its best wines. After building up an appetite, make your way back to Historic Downtown Grapevine.

Once you've dined, head to Bingham Family Vineyards. This family-owned and operated winery is often called one of the best Texas wineries in the region. The tasting room is open until at 8 p.m., so you can enjoy wine and lounge comfortably for as long as you want, before escaping for a late meal. Or you can decide to head across the street to Wine Fusion Winery, which was created to help fill the void between novice and experienced wine drinkers.
