GRAPEVINE, TEXAS (July 8, 2025) – Step into Texas history with lively, true-to-life comedy as AMON! The Ultimate Texan takes the stage at the Historic Palace Theatre in Grapevine. Performances are set for Saturday, July 12 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Sunday, July 13 at 3 p.m.
This engaging production shines a spotlight on the larger-than-life Amon G. Carter, who owned the Star-Telegram, WBAP-AM and Channel 5. Known for using his media power to champion Texas and spar with his arch-rival, which he called “Little D” (Dallas), Carter’s legacy continues to captivate audiences.
