GRAPEVINE, TEXAS (October 4, 2024) – Celebra Grapevine offers everyone the opportunity to celebrate the histories, cultures and contributions of citizens of the Americas whose ancestors come from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. It will be held at Peace Plaza at Grapevine Main Station (815 S. Main Street) on October 12, 2024, from 2 to 7 p.m.
This year’s theme, “The Music that Unites Us,” features a vibrant celebration of culture, music and community. This celebration highlights how sounds have transcended borders and regions, connecting different cultures and generations. The complimentary event will also include:
- An art gallery showcasing local talent
- Selena look-alike contest with a visit from her cousin who will present the winner with a $500 prize
- Live music, dance performances and a flash mob
- Fun selfie stations highlighting various countries and cultures
- The launch of the Fall edition of Latinos TX magazine
Complimentary parking is available for 90 minutes in the Grapevine Main Parking Tower (255 E. Dallas Rd.), with a charge of $1 per hour afterward. There is also complimentary parking along Main Street. For more information, visit latinosingrapevine.org.
