Milestone Anniversary for Beloved Grapevine Bistro

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS (May 6, 2025) Grapevine’s Main Street Bistro & Bakery is celebrating 25 years on Historic Main Street Tuesday, May 6th and will have a celebration to mark the occasion!

Founded in 2000 by husband and wife Chef Fabien Goury and Yasmine Bohsali, who brought their French and French-Lebanese influences to North Texas, the Bistro has become a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. Main Street Bistro is cherished for its intimate ambiance, fabulous service, an array of pastries perfect for any occasion and a menu of truly craveable eats and drinks.

Fun Facts:

  • Main Street Bistro & Bakery served 5 customers on their first day of business.
  • They’ve served a million customers in their 25 years.
  • The small business has grown from 5 to 75 employees.
  • Qatar Airways, Japan Airlines, American Airlines and Delta have served their pastries on board.
  • They use approximately 800 pounds of real butter each week!
