Businesses, organizations and community groups are welcome to join the Golden Jubilee celebration by hosting events and tributes that honor Mayor William D. Tate’s 50 years of service to Grapevine. These gatherings may take many forms, including community celebrations, civic recognitions, business receptions and other special programs that bring people together in appreciation of this remarkable milestone.

Whether your event is large or small, public or private, your participation helps showcase the pride, hospitality and community spirit that make Grapevine special.

The Golden Jubilee Honor Committee may recommend alternate dates if there is a conflict with an already planned event.
