Media is always welcome at GrapeFest^® - A Texas Wine Experience, presented by Bank of the West.

During festival hours, media will have to be escorted on to festival grounds or have arranged for press credentials to be left at will call prior to arrival.

Sites are available on festival grounds for live trucks with transmitting masts to be parked. Due to heavy pedestrian traffic and safety protocols, these sites are pre-determined.

Photo Policy

This is the photo use policy as posted by the City of Grapevine on all entrance gates:
"Photos taken during the event by the City of Grapevine are subject for use in future promotional materials and are the sole property of the City of Grapevine. By entering the event grounds, you are allowing the City of Grapevine and event sponsors to use your photo. If your photo is used, you will not be entitled to compensation of any kind."
