Submit Photos

You must enclose high-res, up-to-date and clear photos (no larger than 300 dpi) of featured items to be sold and your booth setup with the application. Photos submitted should showcase the quality of the product and booth setup that you intend to use. Photos will be retained by the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau. These photos are viewed by the selection committee to determine the vendors that are selected. Photos must not be AI generated or stock photos. Applications without attached photos that accurately show booth setup and products are less likely to be selected to participate in GrapeFest. For the best chance of being selected, be sure to include a clear photo of your booth. Applications with booth photos are given stronger consideration during the review process. This includes vendors that have been previously selected.

Fees/Space

Please check the box below (only one per applicant) that applies to your specific vendor type and space needed.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our festival patrons and vendors, we have enhanced our security and hardened the festival perimeters at considerable expense. In order to continue providing opportunities for small businesses to profit and civic service organizations to raise funds, we are asking you to contribute a small amount to this considerable cost through an increase in booth space.

Your continued success is a priority for the festival, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you for being valued contributors to the 40th Annual GrapeFest!

If you're accepted as a GrapeFest vendor, payment is due FIVE days after you receive your acceptance letter.
