During festival hours, media will have to be escorted onto festival grounds or have arranged for press credentials to be left at will call prior to arrival.

Photo Policy
This is the photo use policy as posted by the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) on all entrance gates:
"Photos taken during the event by the CVB are subject for use in future promotional materials and are the sole property of the CVB. By entering the event grounds, you are allowing the CVB and event sponsors to use your photo. If your photo is used, you will not be entitled to compensation of any kind.
