The Grapevine Convention Center offers a great platform to base your audio visual from. Whether it is wireless mics, to LCD projectors, to full on ensembles, the facility can work with you. If it is not something that can be provided in house, the Convention Center has partnered up with some incredible A/V companies that will exceed your expectations for outstanding performances.

The Grapevine Convention Center has audio visual equipment available for rent, you are also welcome to provide your own or do a combination of the two. When renting our equipment it will be set-up and ready for you upon your arrival. Please work with your event coordinator to ensure that the right equipment is prepared for you.

Security
A Grapevine Police Officer is required for all events that are serving alcohol at the Grapevine Convention Center. An officer is scheduled from the time alcohol is served until your last guest leaves. Your event coordinator will make schedule for the officer and you will need to pay them that night. Please speak with your event coordinator for pricing and scheduling.
