Coupon Policy

Main Street Fest uses a coupon system for purchasing food, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and carnival rides.  No cash is accepted at most booths.  Private vendors such as artisans or marketplace vendors that are selling their own retail items will be the only locations that do not require coupons for purchase.  There are a variety of coupon purchase booths located throughout the festival grounds.  Most coupon booths require cash, however ATM machines are strategically positioned near these booths. Coupons can be sold for direct credit card purchase at the Palace Theatre box office window. There are no refunds for unused tickets after purchase.

Coupon ticket colors do change for each Grapevine festival (GrapeFest, Main Street Fest, etc).  Only the color you purchase at the box office for this year's festival will be valid.  No other colored coupons from prior years will be accepted at any booths.  There are no exchanges either for old coupon colors.  There are no refunds for any unused tickets.

Coupon values are 50 cents each.  Average range of food items is between 8 coupons and 18 coupons (approximately $4-$7).  Average range of soda/water is between 4 and 6 coupons (approximately $2-$3).  Average range of wine/beer coupons is between 10 and 12 coupons (approximately $5-$6).  Coupons can be used to purchase tasting cards in the "experience" garden as well (36 coupons).

Photo Policy

This is the photo use policy as posted by the City of Grapevine on all entrance gates:
"Photos taken during the event by the City of Grapevine are subject for use in future promotional materials and are the sole property of the City of Grapevine. By entering the event grounds, you are allowing the City of Grapevine and event sponsors to use your photo. If your photo is used, you will not be entitled to compensation of any kind."
